📋 Insurance Verification Update

We recently updated our insurance verification process so we can better prioritize patients who already have an upcoming appointment with us. This allows our team to focus on actively scheduled patients and provide more timely and responsive support.

✅ Once you are scheduled and have completed your insurance information, our Billing Team will verify your coverage before your visit.

⚠️ Lactation coverage varies by insurance plan.

➡️ We will verify your benefits and email you a clear summary of your coverage and any expected out-of-pocket costs approximately 3 business days prior to your scheduled appointment.

📽️ Virtual Appointment Coverage Virtual appointments are not covered by the following plans: • Aetna • UHSS • UMR • GEHA • UHC • BCBS Federal • Cigna Allegiance

💲 HMO Plans & Referrals If you have an HMO plan that we accept, an authorized referral must be received by your appointment date for your visit to be billed to insurance. If the required referral is not received, your appointment will be subject to our self-pay rate.
